This group is dedicated to the learners, curious minds & hearts, visionaries, creators, and changemakers attending our month-long gathering in Ahangama, Sri Lanka, from January 9th to February 9th, 2025. Together, we aim to explore the intersection of human connection, regeneration and technology. The intention is to co-create meaningful connections, collaborate on impactful projects, and inspire each other to build a future where humanity and nature thrive in harmony. Through workshops, intentional gatherings & ceremonies, and shared experiences, we are looking to foster personal growth, authentic relationships, and planetary stewardship.

What inner shifts, within ourselves, organizations, and society do we need to make change?

Human mobility on our Planet is rapidly evolving. Shaped by the climate crisis, increasing social tensions but also technological advancement and societal progress, the way humans come together in this world is forever changing. How we'll respond to these challenges as well as opportunities in this very decade might well set the course for the next century and greatly determine how we, and our children, will live together in the future. Born in 2024 during a gathering of Responsible Leaders in the Catalonian Muga Valley, we aim to bring Responsible Leaders into dialogue with one another. Some of us were forced to flee our home country or have a recent story of migration, others are here to give stronger voices to those that do not easily can make themselves heard on platforms of decision making, such as business and policy. We are inspired by the tools of story telling, the arts and we choose to create "the space in between" -- a courageous space -- that can hold the weight and lightness of the conversation, connection, learning and action.
