During this training, we individually and collectively learn how to access, receive and integrate, new levels of being and doing that completely change our approach to collective work, group dynamics and relationships, leading us closer to levels of synergy that can only be found in natural environments.
Our unique approach involves starting at the individual level, redefining and implementing new norms for personal behaviour.
As individuals learn to embody this new normal, they extend it to the group context.
Cooperation and shared purpose between aligned participants become the driving forces; specific methods and training elevating groups to a higher vibrational level lead to group resonance and coherence, a transcended level of relationship and collaboration where creativity is unleashed and norm-breaking ideas emerge.

Le Ciel Foundation is a UK based charity committed to designing new norms for humanity placing all life at the core of our focus rather than solely human interests.
Since its creation in 2016, Le Ciel team has been developing its methodology to achieve group coherence and operate in flow as a single organism.
This short program is based on the Holistic Visions Training Program, created by Le Ciel Foundation to help the members of the Holistic Visions community achieve their goal of designing interconnected holistic solutions to the world’s most pressing issues. The HVTP is a four module year long collective journey taken by 144 change-makers every year. Our Holistic Visions community, comprised of more than 600 highly competent, resourceful, and influential experts from around the world, actively constitutes a growing network of networks that spreads our shared values, methods, culture, and models into the world at accelerating speeds.
