I’ve always been fascinated by the invisible threads that shape human connection: how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the larger systems we’re part of. At the core of my work is a deep inquiry: What makes relationships truly alive? How do we cultivate the kind of presence, trust, and emotional clarity that allow both individuals and organizations to thrive?

This curiosity has led me to explore relational intelligence not just as a skill, but as a way of being. I see it as the foundation of balanced leadership, resilient teams, and meaningful collaboration. My work is about designing for connection, whether on the individual level through coaching high-performing leaders or on the systemic level through WhoCards, a tool that reshapes how humans interact.

As a leadership catalyst, I guide leaders to navigate uncertainty with balance, helping them integrate emotional awareness, strategic clarity, and embodied presence. My approach blends transformational coaching, breathwork, systemic coaching, deep listening, and compassion-based technologies from Buddhism and Gabor Maté’s work—unlocking new ways of leading that are both grounded and transformative.

At the heart of my work is the priority of connection. I believe leadership and collaboration thrive when we start with who we are, not just what we do. This is why I co-created WhoCards, a tool designed to shift conversations from transactional networking to authentic human connection. Through facilitated relational experiences, I help humans move from surface-level interactions to cultures of trust, empathy, and deeper engagement; whether in remote teams, leadership offsites, or conferences.

Outside of my work, I explore these same themes through highlining—walking on thin lines hundreds of meters above the ground. It’s my personal practice of tuning into fear, trust, and the delicate balance between control and surrender.

I split my time between Berlin, Budapest and Greece. Right now, I’m diving deeper into writing, refining my coaching practice, and expanding the impact of WhoCards.
